Well, you’re in luck thanks to the built in Emoji keyboard.
When you’re in an active text entry, be it a document or sending a message or anywhere really, you can press the Windows Key + .

The windows key and period (Win + .) key combo will open an emoji selector and you can select from it or keep typing to filter the results to make it easy to find the emoji you want. 👍
