Well said. I guess the main thought was along those lines that shooting film does make you think more and to some extent at least, teach you to understand light and exposure a bit better. At least I certainly feel like it did for me.

I did not mean to imply that film was a better medium or anything along those lines, if indeed I did that then it was not my intention. Only that it was a great way to learn that I think the younger generation, or those starting a photography journey these days might not appreciate.
