Using ChatGPT to write poetry

I’ve been experimenting with stable diffusion (and similar) to generate artwork, but there is also ChatGPT which is an AI which can be used to write things.

So, I thought I’d ask it to write a poem about photography. I could have been more specific, but I wasn’t. I left it very generic.

Write a poem about photography was the instruction I gave it.

This is what it came up with.

With every click, a new frame formed
In my lens, the world transformed
From the chaos and the noise
I find the beauty, I find the poise

Through the viewfinder, a new sight
A moment in time, captured so bright
From the sunrise to the sunset
In my lens, I’ll never forget

I see the world in a different light
In every shot, a new insight
A frozen moment, forever to be
In my photographs, memories

I capture the laughter, the tears
The hopes, the fears
A story in every frame
A memory, forever to claim

With every click, I create art
In my lens, a world apart
A window to a different view
In photography, I’ll always pursue
