Are you a fan of The Witcher, either in the form of the books or the Netflix show or even the game? Do you want to workout and get fit? Why not combine both and train like a Witcher.
Witchers, according to the stories are humans that have been mutated using magic and alchemy to have enhanced strength and speed.
They were created by mages to fight monsters that had infested the world during the conjunction of spheres.
I’m going to assume you know that already since your reading about training like a Witcher.
Obviously, we aren’t mutated by magic but that’s only part of what makes a witcher capable of killing monsters.
The rest of it is training and that is something we can do. So let’s look at some ways we can train like a witcher to get fit and strong in our world.
Let’s start with workout music. It’s not strictly something a witcher would have, but it’ll make a workout more enjoyable. The game soundtracks make for great music while working out I find but so does the soundtrack from the show if that’s more your thing.
Cardio
