Nudes and other erotic things have long been depicted in art and it's annoying that most of these services attempt to quell even the humble naked body. I do understand they could have younger people using their platform.
I've got an idea how you could "get around it" with two simple words which, given your reluctance to mention here, neither will I.
I run a version of stable diffusion on a PC I have here and while it's a bit slow it's also not subject to the same NSFW limitations the online services have.
I haven't taken it beyond simple elegant nudes yet, but you have peaked my curiosity I must admit.
