I love walking. I prefer to walk through nature, such as woodlands and the like but even walking the streets is better than no walking at all. I walk every day unless there is some event or something that pulls me away and often multiple times a day for as long as I can fit into my schedule.
I'm lucky enough to live near some beautiful forests and nature preserves with many many miles of tracks to walk. It's a mental health thing for me as much as it is a regular health thing as well.
I love seeing the stats my watch provides at the end of the walks as well even though I'd do it with or without that info.
